- Important informationWelcome to our forums! I decided to include this particular section of the site to connect artists to one another directly. I wanted to provide an area where my fans and other artists could share their talents and get non-bias critiques, find new clients, and generally just share their love for all things art. That being said there are some rules that are a requirement to follow to continue utilizing this feature. 1. Respect other members. If you are angry with another member or you feel someone has abused the rules you may message me or another administrator and we can address it. However if at all possible, please try to work out your differences on your own. 2. This is an inclusive art environment. Everyone is welcome here if they wish to partake. However, discrimination against other members (due to sexual orientation, religion, gender, cultural background, ect.) will not be tolerated and will earn you a ban. 3. Conversations about politics and other controversial topics are welcome here, but please keep debates civil. Not everyone is going to agree with you, and that is okay. If your argument devolves into petty slurs or personal attacks you will be banned from our forum. 4. Do not take, claim, or otherwise redistribute another artists work without their direct consent to do so. If we find anyone doing so you will be banned without warning and you could get yourself into legal trouble. It isn't worth it. 5. Although it isn't a requirement, I highly recommend all artists place a watermark on their work unless you are handing a file over after purchase. This will prevent your work from being stolen and abused by others. Our forum is right click protected as well as members only, so that will help deter some people. But do what you can to keep your work safe from theft. 6. Do not post pornographic/violent/prohibited content on our forums. Artistic nudity and gore is completely fine, but anything that comes off too pornographic or malicious will be removed and you may receive a warning. ART CRITIQUES Art critiques must follow the guidelines listed below. 1. Please be thoughtful and respectful with your critiques. There will be artists of varying skill and level here. Try to provide feedback that will genuinely help the artist improve on their skills. 2. Critiques should be substantial. Do not leave two sentence critiques. Try to give the artist more to work with! Describe what you like about their work and areas where you think they could improve. Just be kind about it.Like
