If you have a particular project in mind you are welcome to email me at commissions@incubusillustrations.com with your ideas and we can plan something out, or contact me through the contact option in the main menu of this site. If you are hoping to get a portrait done I will need between 1-3 high quality photos to replicate as well as sizing for the finished product. The more detailed the photos, the more detail I will be able to replicate in the drawn version. If you are looking for something without reference I will need as much detail as possible about the character or idea you have so I can recreate it as accurately as possible. I will always check in as the project goes to make sure you are satisfied with the finished results.

Although I do have set pricing for several sizes, it is absolutely possible for us to discuss custom mediums and projects. I understand that artwork can be fairly expensive and time consuming to wait on. There is no obligation to purchase before or after I have provided you with an estimate.

ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS Price is determined by the complexity and size of the project being done, PLUS any additional costs related to shipping. A standard portrait illustration will be a head and shoulder drawing. If you wish to have a full body portrait done an additional charge will be added to the price total for each full body drawn. Below is a breakdown of my pricing. My personal reccomendation is that you stick to the suggested number of subjects based on the size of the portrait being drawn. All commissioned drawings will be either framed or coated in a spray fixative for preservation and packaged carefully before shipping. Yes. Generally I require half of the price of the finished product up front before I will start your custom project. I require a deposit to make sure you are serious about your commission and to make sure I can cover the costs of my work in the event that you back out. Please note that the deposit is non refundable unless we have discussed otherwise and will be put towards the price of your finished piece. Once we discuss your project, pricing, and shipping costs I will send you a client contract and a quote via email with a breakdown of your piece. You will be required to pay half of the project estimate and sign off on the contract provided at this point if you wish to go on with your order.

Currently I take paypal as well as credit payments through Stripe.

Your project time frame will be dependant on the complexity of the piece being requested and the desired sizing for the finished product. Please note that delays in transport are not under my control. I will do everything in my power to get your finished piece of art to you within the estimated time frame I will provide during the project discussion. Location will play a big part in how long it takes for the finished product to reach you. Please keep in mind that I am based out of Alberta, Canada. Once we discuss your project in detail and I am given an address I will be able to provide you with a better estimate. A portrait can take between 1-2 weeks to come to completion and occasionally there will be delays to consider. If you are ordering a commission for a holiday event such as Christmas I reccomend you contact me as early as possible to ensure you do not miss out on a spot.
